And, fair trade organic coffee ensures that labourers that work in the industry make above average wages. The average wages are not something a coffee crop worker can live and support a family on.

In the quest for a greener life, many people realize that a slight price increase is warranted. Making coffee at home in your own espresso machine will cost you a lot less than buying a daily coffee at a café or chain coffee shop. While some people believe that organic coffee is not as flavourful as traditionally grown coffee, it may merely be a matter of finding the right brew and a good espresso machine.
